January 30, 2023 – Global Brain Foundation Appoints Jerome Foster II as Director of Strategy and Operations for New Zero World Initiative
The Global Brain Foundation has announced the appointment of Jerome Foster II as the Director of Strategy and Operations for its New Zero World initiative. As an African-American political activist, motivational speaker, and sustainability consultant, Jerome brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the team with his extensive experience in the fight for environmental justice.
In his role as Director of Strategy and Operations, Jerome will play a key role in advancing New Zero World’s mission and leading the charge towards a better future for our planet. His expertise in community organizing, combined with his passion for environmental justice and technology, will greatly enhance the organization’s efforts to create a new way of climate action by shifting the current climate change narrative to re-imagine our vision of the future.
Launched by the Global Brain Foundation, the New Zero World initiative is an action-oriented, multi-year effort that empowers the public with tangible and scalable climate solutions. The initiative focuses on developing creative and original content, solutions-oriented actions tracks, Storytelling + Communication Labs, and diverse partnerships to support a new narrative that will engage mainstream culture on global climate solutions.
The NZW Youth Programme, which Jerome will be leading, will draw on the knowledge and expertise of the NZW Youth Council, which includes some of the world’s most influential young climate leaders. With the creation of a Youth Fellowship for upcoming young leaders, the Youth Programme on climate literacy will mobilize the planet’s most imaginative minds towards a better future.
